Does Tasqly replace radios?

We reduce radio dependence by centralizing requests, timers, and notifications—so work is less noisy and more trackable. Radios can stay for emergencies or special cases.

Does it work offline?

Yes. The PWA queues actions offline and syncs automatically on reconnect. Ideal for back-of-house areas with spotty Wi-Fi.

Do you have a Kitchen Display System (KDS)?

Yes. Switch between Active/Delivered, filter by role/location, and enable optional auto-print on receive. Touch-optimized for prep stations.

Can guests submit by QR or public link?

Absolutely. Generate portals and QR codes per suite, bank, or venue so guests and staff can submit without logging in.

Can we customize fields, routes, and statuses?

Yes—configure request types, forms, custom stages, and routing rules by role, location, or priority. Bulk updates and drag-and-drop Kanban are built-in.

Do you support push notifications?

Yes—web push via the PWA, plus Slack/Teams notifications. Escalations use SLA timers to drive urgency when needed.

Security & Compliance

How is our data secured?

We use HTTPS/TLS in transit, at-rest encryption on managed databases, RBAC permissions, and audit logs. Enterprise plans support SSO (SAML/OAuth).

Where is data hosted?

We use trusted cloud infrastructure. Enterprise customers can discuss regional hosting and data processing needs during security review.

Do you offer a DPA and security overview?

Yes—our security summary and DPA are available upon request as part of procurement.

How do you bill—by seat or by venue?

Plans are optimized for operational teams rather than per-guest usage. We’ll scope seats, locations, and add-ons to fit your footprint.

Do you offer annual discounts?

Yes—annual commitments come with savings. We also offer event-based or seasonal terms in select cases.

Is there a free pilot?

Starter lets you pilot a single venue. If you need advanced routing or integrations, we’ll structure a short paid pilot with clear success criteria.

How long does setup take?

Most teams go live quickly—configure request types, print QR codes, invite users, and you’re moving. Multi-venue rollouts are staged with training and go-live support.
