Our story

From escalations to outcomes

Tasqly began inside Charter Communications, where we built a fast, clear way for leads to stay efficient, aligned, and on-track when escalations arose. Today we bring that same rigor to hospitality, venues, and enterprise teams everywhere.

It started at Charter

In 2019, our founding team worked within customer operations at Charter Communications. Leads juggled dozens of parallel threads—tickets, chats, emails—whenever escalations hit. Ownership was fuzzy, SLAs were hard to see, and teams lacked a shared source of truth.

We built a lightweight prototype that captured every escalation, routed it to the right lead, and surfaced timers, nudges, and proof—all in one place. The impact was immediate: faster responses, fewer misses, calmer shifts.

Escalation clarity

One panel. One owner. One timeline.

We focused on the essentials: clear ownership, time-bound stages, and real-time visibility for supervisors. As the prototype matured, supervisors asked for it across more regions and lines of business.

  • Signal-based assignment to the best available lead
  • Timers, nudges, and SLA-aware escalations
  • Proof on completion—photos, notes, and signatures

The breakthrough

We took the internal playbook and rebuilt it as a resilient, installable PWA with routing, workboards, and KDS patterns. The result became Tasqly: a platform that routes, tracks, and resolves work in real time across venues and teams.

  • Fast, offline-friendly UI for frontline devices
  • Role & location aware permissions for clarity
  • Analytics to coach teams and forecast demand

What we kept from Day 1

Clarity over complexity

Every task shows owner, stage, and time remaining—no guesswork.

Speed where it counts

Instant routing and bulk actions reduce friction when volume spikes.

Accountability as a feature

Proof, audit trails, and SLA ladders make outcomes measurable.

Clarity

Work should be unambiguous: owner, priority, deadline. We design for signal, not noise.

Speed

Escalations can’t wait. The UI and the engine prioritize time-to-action.

Accountability

When everyone can see the plan and the proof, outcomes improve—consistently.
